You will next receive a LINK Franchise Application and Franchise Overview.


Submit Application

Submit a completed LINK Franchise Application. This will be reviewed by LINK, and subject to being satisfied that the applicant will meet LINK’s standards, the process will continue.


Franchisee/Franchisor Visit

Depending on the proposed location of your Franchise, either you will receive a visit from one of our Senior Management Team, or you will be invited to visit our Corporate Head Office, located in Auckland, New Zealand, (or in the case of an existing Country Franchise, to their Head Office). This visit will allow you the opportunity to get an overview of the LINK Franchise system and meet the owners, senior management team and staff.


Disclosure Document & Franchise Agreement

Next, our standard documentation will be sent to you for your review, and for legal scrutiny..


Sign all Franchise Documentation

After the agreements are executed, you will be scheduled for training and assisted through the opening schedule and checklist of your new LINK franchise.

Learning, Training and Support

LINK’s Franchise Support Office (FSO) operates out of its Corporate Head Office in Auckland, New Zealand. The team consists of individuals who specialize in various areas of the business, such as Broker Training, Franchise Management, IT Systems and Marketing. Members of the FSO have practical experience in owning businesses as well as managing large multi-broker LINK franchises. As well as participating in the initial 3 day induction program, support staff are also available for ongoing franchise and broker training and assistance. LINK recognizes the importance of providing ongoing top quality support.

LINK’s Annual Conference offers two days of continual education, teambuilding and networking for Franchisees, Brokers, and administrative staff.
